Refund Will Be Accepted in Following Circumstances

ArkThinker offers our customers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. But note that we cannot issue a refund for your purchase if you miss the deadline. This 30-day Money Back Guarantee is achievable only under certain conditions. You can only get the refunds with appropriate reasons as we described below:

Purchasing Issues

1. If you purchase the wrong product by mistake and then purchase the right one promptly from our company, we will refund you for the wrong-purchased product as long as you request it.

2. If you buy the same product twice at the same time and don't want to exchange it for other products, we will refund you for one of the products.

Registration Information

1. If you fail to receive your registration code in your mailbox within 24 hours after completing the order and cannot get a timely response from the support team within 48 hours after contacting us, ArkThinker will refund your order if you request it.

2. If you receive the wrong registration information that causes you to perform the instant and important transaction, and you don't need this software anymore, we will issue a refund if you require it.

Product Problem

If the product you purchased has technical problems and we cannot provide any solutions within 30 days, ArkThinker can refund the order if you are reluctant to wait for further upgrades or other solutions.

Refund Note

As our product is virtual software, we cannot get the registration code back once we send it. We also cannot know if a customer uses the registration code. So, if the customer insists on a refund, ArkThinker will deduct 20% of the purchased price as a fee for the code. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Will Not Be Approved in Following Circumstances

ArkThinker reserves the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

Refund request due to wrong purchasing

1. In fact, ArkThinker has no right to monitor authorization during payment because the payment platform belongs to the third party that we cooperate with in handling the payment process. If you have any suspicion of credit card cheat or other unauthorized payment, you should contact the card issuers immediately. Once the order is processed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

2. Having purchased the "wrong product" by mistake but not exchanging it for the correct product, and the refund guarantee period of the product you purchased has expired. A refund, in this case, will not be given.

If the product is still in its guarantee period, please uninstall the wrong program first and then email ArkThinker with the order information and the right product. ArkThinker will exchange the right one for the customer as long as you pay the difference in price.

3. Refund requests claiming purchasing the wrong product and having bought the right product from another company won't be accepted.

4. ArkThinker does not refund software if products fail to meet customers' needs due to customers' lack of understanding of the product's features and capabilities. We suggest customers read the description of the product carefully and try the free trial version before purchasing so as to avoid improper purchases. However, if you contact us within 48 hours after the purchase, ArkThinker can exchange your purchased product for the correct product directly, as long as the price difference between products does not surpass $20. If the product you bought is exchanged for a correct product of a lower price, ArkThinker will not refund the price difference.

5. ArkThinker will not accept a refund request due to price changes or purchases from promotion campaigns.

6. A refund request because of a customer's "change of mind" after purchasing, for example, by simply saying "I do not want it" or "I do not like it" and refusing to elaborate, will not be approved.

Refund request due to wrong operation

1. We won't perform a refund if you cannot register successfully because of your wrong operation and the registration information has already been proven valid.

2. If you encounter a technical issue while using the purchased product and refuse to cooperate with the ArkThinker support team to solve the problem with the solution we offered, your refund request will not be approved.

Refund request due to non-product problem

1. As we have already suggested on our website, you might not be able to convert protected files bought from iTunes or other places. So, if you require a refund for that, we won't perform a refund.

2. If a customer purchases the product but does not read the product introduction on our website or tries a product before purchase and then finds that the product can't meet his/her need, we won't issue a refund if the customer requires it.

3. If you purchase the wrong product that cannot work on your computer operation system, for example, you buy software used for the Windows system, but you are a Mac user. In this situation, we would like to exchange the product for the customer if we have alternative software for the correct OS to help you. If not, we are sorry that the refund can't be performed.

4. If the customer purchases the wrong product from our affiliate website or the purchased product can't meet some of the customer's needs due to the blurry or wrong product description on the affiliate website, we won't perform a refund if the customer requests it. The customer needs to contact the affiliate website where you purchased the product to seek a solution.

5. If customers encounter technical problems after updating the software, but the order has already surpassed the 30-day guarantee duration, we will not refund the order.

A refund request is made long after the purchase

ArkThinker only provides a 30-day money-back guarantee period, which means if your purchased product exceeds its specified money-back guarantee period, we cannot perform the refund.

1. How long will it take for ArkThinker to process the refund application?

ArkThinker copes with the refunds within 3-7 working days. However, the exact duration will depend on the payment method you used. Furthermore, it may also take longer time during holidays.

2. Why haven't I received the refund several days later?

If we have performed a refund for you but it has not been received, it could be due to holidays or weekend reasons. Or you should check if a refund has been requested. If so, the funds might be frozen by the card issuer, PayPal, bank, or other payment authorities. Please contact the credit card company or bank to solve the problem.
