• How to regiser the ArkThinker software?

  To register ArkTkiner software, you need to buy it, and then the registration code will be sent to your email automatically. Use the received registration code and your purchase email address to register the software.

• When I try to register the software, I get a 4104 error. How to fix it?

  The limited license causes the 4104 registration code. Presently, our products are single licenses or multiple licenses. Once you use the registration code on more than the limited licenses, you will receive the 4104 error.

  You need to contact our support team to fix it, and we will help you reset it.

  The OS re-installation or computer change will lead to the 4104 error, so you had better use the limited computer device's license.

• How to unsubscribe ArkThinker?

  To unsubscribe ArkThinker, you can contact our support team for help, and we will help you unsubscribe it.

• Can not receive the registration code?

  Generally speaking, our registration code will be sent to your purchase email inbox within an hour after placing an order. If you cannot find it in your inbox, you can check your spam emails to see if it is there.
